Occupying the uppermost two levels of the tower, these residences feature four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, offering sweeping panoramic vistas of Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, and Edgewater.

The outdoor experience is conceived as a seamless extension of the home, welcoming the refreshing ocean breeze to stimulate the senses. The residences are crafted to enable each room to lead out to a generous wraparound terrace, extending up to approximately 200 feet (~70 meters) in length and up to around 9 feet 2 inches (~3 meters) in depth in particular residences.
